The Bonding Program: What It Is and Where It Stands
The Bonding program is a planned way to acquire OmniCoin. This page tells you what it is — and, just as important, what it is not. We want to be honest about where it stands.
What a bonding program is
A bonding program lets people acquire OmniCoin on a curve. The idea is that early participants get a discount, and the price moves along a set curve as more people take part. Coins you acquire this way vest over time — they unlock gradually rather than all at once.
The discount is the benefit. The vesting is the commitment. You get a better rate, and in return you agree to receive the coins slowly.
Where it stands today — plainly
This program is not open yet. There is no sale running. There is no price you can lock in. The underlying technology is in place, but no coins or assets have been set up for it.
We are telling you this directly because we do not want you waiting for something that is not live. When the program does open, we will announce it clearly.
What we will not tell you
We will not quote you a price. We will not tell you a sale is running when it is not. Any claim you see about a live bonding sale or a fixed bonding price is wrong. Trust only what the app and our official pages say.
Why we share this now
People keep asking about the Bonding program. It is fair to explain what it is meant to be, even before it opens. But the honest answer to "can I buy in today?" is: not yet.
How to stay informed
When the Bonding program opens, the app will show it. There is nothing to do today. Check back, and we will make the moment clear when it arrives.
Open the app — free, nothing to install.
