Marketplace Transaction Fee (1%)

Sellers pay a default 1% fee on completed sales, split into three parts:

Transaction Fee (0.25%)

Referral Fee (0.50%)

Listing Fee (0.25%)

Priority Listing Fee (Optional, 0–3%)

Sellers can pay an additional 0–3% for priority listing placement. Same split: 70% listing node, 20% selling node, 10% ODDAO.

DEX Trading Fees

Takers pay a 0.20% fee; makers get a 0.05% rebate. If you came through a referral, an extra 0.05% surcharge applies. The protocol's share of fees is split 70% to the LP Pool, 20% to ODDAO, 10% to the Protocol Treasury.

Escrow Protection

Escrow protection is included — there's no separate escrow charge today. It's already covered by the 1% marketplace fee above.

Arbitration Fee (5% of disputed amount)

Paid by whichever party opens the dispute — not split between buyer and seller. 70% is split evenly among the 3 assigned arbitrators; the remaining 30% goes to a shared pool: 70% ODDAO, 20% staking pool, 10% protocol treasury.

Chat Fees

Free tier: up to 20 messages per month. Bulk and advertising messages carry fees to discourage spam. Split: 70% ODDAO, 20% staking pool, 10% protocol treasury.

Privacy Conversion (XOM ↔ pXOM)

Converting between XOM and pXOM is always 1:1 — there's no protocol fee, ever.

Gas Fees

Users pay zero gas fees for OmniCoin transactions. Validators absorb gas costs as part of their operational responsibilities.
