How to Leave and Manage Reviews
Give and Receive Feedback
Reviews help build trust in the community.
Leaving a Review as Buyer
- After receiving item, go to your orders
- Click "Leave Review" on the order
- Rate the seller 1-5 stars
- Rate specific aspects (shipping, communication, etc.)
- Write a text review (optional but helpful)
- Upload photos of the received item (optional)
- Submit review
Review Guidelines
- Be honest but fair
- Focus on facts, not emotions
- Mention both positives and negatives
- Don't include personal information
- Keep it relevant to the transaction
Responding to Reviews (Sellers)
Sellers can respond to reviews:
- Go to your seller dashboard
- Click "Reviews" tab
- Click "Respond" on any review
- Write professional response
- Thank buyer for positive reviews
- Address concerns in negative reviews
Handling Negative Reviews
- Stay professional, never attack buyer
- Acknowledge any legitimate issues
- Explain what you're doing to improve
- Offer to make it right if possible
- Future buyers will see your professional response
Reporting Fake Reviews
If a review violates policies:
- Click "Report" on the review
- Select reason
- Provide evidence
- Moderators will investigate
